What does it cover?

For a spring to perforate fabric, the product must be exposed for over 6 months. If the client does not report this we cannot be held responsible.

Why doesn't it cover damage the fabric or paddings may suffer from the springs?

Our warranty goes from 1 year up to 25, depending on the model. It is a NON PRO RATED warranty on the spring unit.

Yes. It can be set aside by paying in advance a percentage of the full price and the client is given 3 months to pay the rest.

If my mattress gets damaged, can i repair it?

Our technicians receive damaged mattressess from monday to tuesday between 8 and 10 am at our factory in San Sebastian, 125 m N from the catholic church

How do I take it to the factory?

We are the only ones with a full NON PRO RATED warranty on our spring units!

What must i do if my mattress gets damaged?

If its covered by the warranty, nothing! If its not, then the technician will tell you how much it will cost.

Only a small fee will be charged for the technician's time
